Child Safety Standards & CSAE Prevention

Effective Date: September 5, 2026 • Published Standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: OnlyFilipinas maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any attempt to facilitate, distribute, solicit, or engage in CSAE will result in immediate and permanent account termination, device blocking, and immediate referral to national and international law enforcement authorities.

1. Strict 18+ Age Gate & Minor Exclusion

OnlyFilipinas is exclusively engineered for consenting adults aged 18 years or older. Minors (individuals under the age of 18) are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, accessing the app, or interacting with members.

  • Age Verification: Registration requires self-declared Date of Birth (DOB) and strict age-gated authentication. Accounts belonging to or attempting to represent individuals under 18 are terminated immediately.
  • Prohibition of Minors in Media: Members are prohibited from uploading profile photos that feature unaccompanied minors or children under 18, even if they are family members, to safeguard children's privacy and prevent grooming risks.

2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

In accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and global legal frameworks, OnlyFilipinas strictly prohibits:

  • Any creation, upload, transmission, possession, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Any form of child sexual exploitation, grooming, predatory behavior, or inappropriate contact involving minors.
  • Facilitation or promotion of child trafficking, underage sex work, or commercial exploitation of children.
  • Any text, imagery, or links depicting or promoting sexual violence or abuse of minors.

3. In-App Reporting Mechanisms

OnlyFilipinas provides robust, real-time in-app reporting mechanisms accessible to every member across all interactive surfaces:

  • Discovery Deck Reporting: When inspecting candidate profiles via the detailed profile view, members can tap the "Report or Block this Profile" button to immediately flag safety concerns, inappropriate photos, or suspected underage profiles.
  • Chat Screen Reporting: In any 1-on-1 private chat, tapping the options menu provides an immediate "Report & Block" action. Submitting a report instantly severs communication and queues the conversation for urgent administrative review.
  • External Email Hotline: Users, parents, or guardians can also report child safety concerns directly via email to our dedicated safety mailbox: safety@onlyfilipinas.com or to our developer contact founder@himologantech.com.

4. Content Moderation & Enforcement Actions

Our Trust & Safety team treats child safety reports with the highest priority:

  • Immediate Suspension: Reported accounts are temporarily isolated or permanently banned within minutes of report verification.
  • Content Removal & Evidence Preservation: Any offending material is immediately removed from public feeds and securely hashed and preserved in a restricted evidentiary quarantine for law enforcement turnover.
  • Permanent Device & Identity Ban: Offenders are barred from creating future accounts via device fingerprinting, Google Play Integrity attestation, and email blocklisting.

5. Compliance with Laws & Law Enforcement Reporting

OnlyFilipinas operates in strict compliance with all applicable domestic and international child protection laws:

  • Philippine Republic Act No. 11930: (Anti-Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials [CSAEM] Act) and Republic Act No. 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act). All confirmed incidents are promptly escalated to the Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) and the Department of Justice Office of Cybercrime (DOJ-OOC).
  • NCMEC Reporting: As required by international standards, all confirmed CSAM and CSAE incidents are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.
